Charlie has over 27 years teaching experience. He has taught at Schools, Colleges & Universities. He also guest tutors at Royal Colleges & Conservatoires of Music in the U.K.

Charlie graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music with a distinction in professional performance. He teaches all the established sylabuses (grades 1-8) for drum kit and percussion such as - Guildhall, Trinity, Rock School and ABRSM. He covers how to read music and has a 100% pass rate at merit / distinction. He frequently gets booked for one off consultancy lessons to help students with final year exams / recital pieces. Whether you want to learn Drum Kit / Latin Percussion OR Orchestral Percussion as a beginner or to gain more advanced stylistic knowledge, Charlie can help. Whatever genre of music you are interested in Charlie will help you develop as a Drummer and Musician.
